Our premium ecological car wash system requires no chemical detergents, little water, little energy and requires hardly any construction. With a long product durability, PREEN is the low maintenance, low waste, and most eco-friendly car wash system on the market.
Tech Specs
PREEN technologies is equipped with two industrial robots that move with precise agility. Each placed on secure rails, they easily manoeuvre around the entire silhouette of the car inside the bay. Grills, wing mirrors, door gaps, wheels and bumpers are all given the precision preen they deserve.
The cleaning process is completely touchless, which ensures that there will be no micro-scratches that traditional systems are known to cause. Our innovative, patented cleaning technology uses high pressure vapour to safeguard high quality and eco-friendly results. The outcome is cleaner, dryer cars than ever before.
With a footprint of 43 m2 (463 ft2), our system fits into most existing wash bays. As a new installation, it does not require underground construction because of the low amount of waste produced by our efficient process.
PREEN technologies uses high-tech, state of the art visual recognition systems that surround the vehicle to identify the dirt, where it’s located, and the intensity of the dirt build-up. Our scanners see the entirety of the car, its windows, its number plate, and exact contours.
Our experts have developed our own real-time path planning software that includes object avoidance and dynamic path-plans that intelligently adapts to every new dirty car introduced. Directing extra attention to areas with high dirt build-up when necessary and speeding over low dirt areas to be as time efficient as possible.
The PREEN car wash system uses an all-in-one system controlled by the tap of a button on an interactive Control Tablet.
The Control Tablet allows users to monitor their car wash data, from number of washes to time taken for each wash and even notifies users of damage detection prior to the wash to ensure pristine results.
Each PREEN system is purchased with a technical room that houses the power behind the magic. A space built purely for technicians, this space has been built separately to keep the wash bay safe, minimal and to facilitate maintenance access.
